Estate Administration Services Ltd (EAS) was set up in 2015 by Sue Ives, a former City Legal PA with strong practical, administrative and organisational skills.
Sue identified a gap in the pre-probate process, where she could directly help families at the most difficult time of losing a loved one. Together with small firms of solicitors and accountants, Sue also recognised EAS would be a helpful resource to Court Appointed Deputies, Care Homes and Financial advisers who have clients who lack capacity to deal with their affairs.
EAS works with individuals and firms offering the collection, collation and scheduling of papers. The information is then passed back to the individual or advisor in a format that will be straightforward to use in both the probate application and asset scheduling processes.
EAS takes confidentiality very seriously and every step of our process has been thought through thoroughly. We are a Limited Company and have full Professional Indemnity Insurance which includes cyber risk cover. We are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office for Data Protection. We operate from a secure location and all of our client data is stored on encrypted hard drives. It is also important to note that EAS are not legal advisors and we do not offer legal advice.
